
K
At first glance, the “K” is prominent to mean KING of kings in reference to JESUS. The purple represents the royal KING coming to earth from Heaven. The blue represents the hope He brought with Him of being saved, forgiven, and giving the ability to live a new life. The blue is the hope of Heaven that JESUS has won the victory for us to one day enter. After JESUS died, was buried, and resurrected (represented by the blue), He returned to Heaven as KING of kings (represented by the purple) and is the only way by which we might be saved and have an eternal home in Heaven with Him. The red stands for His blood that covers over our sin, shame, and guilt and the perfect love He has for us. The yellow is our faith in Him as a foundation to shine and reflect His Light.
“Saying, Where is He that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen His star in the east, and are come to worship Him.”
Matthew 2:2
JESUS is known as the KING who was born here on earth from Heaven.
Pilate also wrote an inscription and put it on the cross. It read, “JESUS of Nazareth, the King of the Jews.”
John 19:19
JESUS is known as the KING who died on the cross for us.
Then the King will say to those on His right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by My FATHER, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.
Matthew 25:34
JESUS is King who reigns in Heaven allowing those who have trusted and believed in Him entrance into His FATHER’s kingdom.
I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice He judges and wages war. His eyes are like blazing fire, and on His head are many crowns. He has a name written on Him that no one knows but He Himself. He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and His name is the Word of GOD. The armies of heaven were following Him, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean. Coming out of His mouth is a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. “He will rule them with an iron scepter.” He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of GOD Almighty. On His robe and on His thigh He has this name written:
KING of kings and LORD of lords.
Revelation 19:11-16
We verify that JESUS is the one referred to here as KING of kings for it says His name is the Word of GOD. He will come down from Heaven to defeat all His enemies.
The “K” also has deeper meaning in that GOD the FATHER is KING of kings as well.
In the sight of GOD, who gives life to everything, and of Christ JESUS, who while testifying before Pontius Pilate made the good confession, I charge you to keep this command without spot or blame until the appearing of our Lord JESUS Christ, which GOD will bring about in HIS own time -GOD, the blessed and only Ruler, the KING of kings and LORD of lords, who alone is immortal and who lives in unapproachable light, whom no one has seen or can see. To HIM be honor and might forever. Amen.
1 Timothy 6:13-16
You may wonder, how can GOD the FATHER and JESUS have the same title as KING of kings?
My sheep listen to My voice; I know them, and they follow Me. I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of My hand. My FATHER, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of My FATHER’s hand. I and the FATHER are one.”
John 10:27-30
The first conclusion is that GOD the FATHER and JESUS HIS SON are one. Both may hold the same title.
The SON is the radiance of GOD’s glory and the exact representation of HIS being, sustaining all things by His powerful word. After He had provided purification for sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven. So He became as much superior to the angels as the name He has inherited is superior to theirs.
Hebrews 1:3-4
To coincide, JESUS emulates GOD’s glory and HIS very nature. JESUS sits on the throne, as well, at the right hand of GOD the FATHER. The FATHER and Son reign together.
For HE has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son HE loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. The Son is the image of the invisible GOD, the firstborn over all creation. For in Him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through Him and for Him. He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. And He is the head of the body, the church; He is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything He might have the supremacy. For GOD was pleased to have all HIS fullness dwell in Him, and through Him to reconcile to HIMSELF all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through His blood, shed on the cross.
Colossians 1:13-20
GOD the FATHER was pleased to have all of who HE is to dwell in JESUS. HIS view of HIS Son was for Him to be called KING of kings just like HIMSELF. We discover that in JESUS all things were created through Him and for Him and thus before all things and in HIM all things hold together. He is also the KING over all His FATHER’s kingdom.
As we look into GOD’s Word further, GOD the FATHER gives all authority to HIS Son JESUS entrusting Him to have the title of KING of kings along with HIMSELF. Even an earthly father may give the same name to his firstborn son as an honor to hold.
The FATHER Revealed in the Son
At that time JESUS said, “I praise YOU, FATHER, LORD of heaven and earth, because YOU have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children. Yes, FATHER, for this is what you were pleased to do.
“All things have been committed to Me by My FATHER. No one knows the Son except the FATHER, and no one knows the FATHER except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal HIM.
Matthew 11:25-27
The Word says “all things” have been committed to JESUS by His FATHER.
The Great Commission
Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where JESUS had told them to go. When they saw Him, they worshipped Him; but some doubted. Then JESUS came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the FATHER and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.
Matthew 28:16-20
The Word says “all authority in heaven and earth” has been given to JESUS.
I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which HE has called you, the riches of HIS glorious inheritance in HIS holy people, and HIS incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is the same as the mighty strength HE exerted when HE raised Christ from the dead and seated Him at HIS right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come. And GOD placed all things under His feet and appointed Him to be head over everything for the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills everything in every way.
Ephesians 1:18-23
GOD the FATHER raised HIS Son up from the dead to have authority over everything.
In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ JESUS:
Who, being in very nature GOD,
did not consider equality with GOD something to be used to His own advantage;
rather, He made Himself nothing
by taking the very nature of a servant,
being made in human likeness.
And being found in appearance as a man,
He humbled Himself
by becoming obedient to death –
even death on a cross!
Therefore GOD exalted Him to the highest place
and gave Him the name that is above every name,
that at the name of JESUS every knee should bow,
in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
and every tongue acknowledge that JESUS Christ is Lord,
to the glory of GOD the FATHER.
Philippians 2:5-11
We recognize the reason JESUS was exalted by His FATHER is that He obeyed His FATHER’s will in being a humble servant with the willingness to die on the cross to save us.
The one who comes from above is above all; the one who is from the earth belongs to the earth, and speaks as one from the earth. The one who comes from heaven is above all. He testifies to what He has seen and heard, but no one accepts His testimony. Whoever has accepted it has certified that GOD is truthful. For the one whom GOD has sent speaks the words of GOD, for GOD gives the Spirit without limit. The FATHER loves the Son and has placed everything in His hands. Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for GOD’s wrath remains on them.
John 3:31-36
John the Baptist who loved JESUS came as a forerunner to make straight ways for JESUS that testified of Him. When we look closer at the heart of the FATHER, we attribute GOD placing everything in JESUS’ hands because HE loves HIS Son.
V
The “V” is in purple and blue as part of the letter K. “V” stands for the victory we have in Christ JESUS. The blue color is for the hope of Heaven that JESUS as the suffering King with the crown of thorns laid down His life to forgive our sins. The purple color is for JESUS being the Resurrection and the Life as the victorious King who has ascended to the royal throne with a crown of glory sitting at the right hand of GOD the FATHER to give intercession in being our High Priest.
For the Lord your GOD is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory.”
Deuteronomy 20:4
“I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”
John 16:33
Everyone who believes that JESUS is the Christ is born of GOD, and everyone who loves the FATHER loves His child as well. This is how we know that we love the children of GOD: by loving GOD and carrying out HIS commands. In fact, this is love for GOD: to keep HIS commands. And HIS commands are not burdensome, for everyone born of GOD overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. Who is it that overcomes the world? Only the one who believes that JESUS is the Son of GOD.
1 John 5:1-5
The Resurrection Body
But someone will ask, “How are the dead raised? With what kind of body will they come?” How foolish! What you sow does not come to life unless it dies. When you sow, you do not plant the body that will be, but just a seed, perhaps of wheat or of something else. But GOD gives it a body as HE has determined, and to each kind of seed HE gives its own body. Not all flesh is the same: People have one kind of flesh, animals have another, birds another and fish another. There are also heavenly bodies and there are earthly bodies; but the splendor of the heavenly bodies is one kind, and the splendor of the earthly bodies is another. The sun has one kind of splendor, the moon another and the stars another; and star differs from star in splendor.
So will it be with the resurrection of the dead. The body that is sown is perishable, it is raised imperishable; it is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power; it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body.
If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body. So it is written: “The first man Adam became a living being”; the last Adam, a life-giving spirit. The spiritual did not come first, but the natural, and after that the spiritual. The first man was of the dust of the earth; the second man is of heaven. As was the earthly man, so are those who are of the earth; and as is the heavenly man, so also are those who are of heaven. And just as we have borne the image of the earthly man, so shall we bear the image of the heavenly man.
I declare to you, brothers and sisters, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of GOD, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable. Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed -in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. For the perishable must clothe itself with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality. When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: “Death has been swallowed up in victory.”
“Where, O death, is your victory?
Where, O death, is your sting?”
The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. But thanks be to GOD! HE gives us the victory through our Lord JESUS Christ.
Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain
1 Corinthians 15:35-58

The “✟” that is crimson red signifies JESUS shedding His blood to die in our place to save us from our sins, our guilt, and our shame; He took upon Himself GOD’s wrath due to our sin; and He overcame death, the grave, and the power of satan. The cross is red for the blood that was shed to cover us. The vertical line of the cross from the center to the bottom is blue inside to signify the hope that JESUS brought from Heaven to here on earth. The horizontal line of the cross is yellow inside to signify JESUS as reaching out as the Light of the World to believe and trust in Him as the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Once we have believed in and received Him as our Savior and Lord for the forgiveness of our sins, we are to reflect His Light in reaching out in love toward others who need to come to know Him through the Good News of the Gospel and to encourage our brothers and sisters in Christ. The vertical line of the cross from the center to the top is purple inside to signify that JESUS ascended into Heaven (as royalty to be known as the King of kings) after His resurrection and 40 more days of ministering to His disciples.
Who has believed our message
and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?
He grew up before HIM like a tender shoot,
and like a root out of dry ground.
He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to Him,
nothing in His appearance that we should desire Him.
He was despised and rejected by mankind,
a man of suffering, and familiar with pain.
Like one from whom people hide their faces
He was despised, and we held Him in low esteem.
Surely He took up our pain
and bore our suffering,
yet we considered Him punished by GOD,
stricken by HIM, and afflicted.
But He was pierced for our transgressions,
He was crushed for our iniquities;
the punishment that brought us peace was on Him,
and by His wounds we are healed.
We all, like sheep, have gone astray,
each of us has turned to our own way;
and the LORD has laid on Him
the iniquity of us all.
He was oppressed and afflicted,
yet He did not open His mouth;
He was led like a lamb to the slaughter,
and as a sheep before its shearers is silent,
so He did not open His mouth.
By oppression and judgment He was taken away.
Yet who of His generation protested?
For He was cut off from the land of the living;
for the transgression of MY people He was punished.
He was assigned a grave with the wicked,
and with the rich in His death,
though He had done no violence,
nor was any deceit in His mouth.
Yet it was the LORD’s will to crush Him and cause Him to suffer,
and though the LORD makes His life an offering for sin,
He will see His offspring and prolong His days,
and the will of the LORD will prosper in His hand.
After He has suffered,
He will see the light of life and be satisfied;
by His knowledge MY righteous servant will justify many,
and He will bear their iniquities.
Therefore I will give Him a portion among the great,
and He will divide the spoils with the strong,
because He poured out His life unto death,
and was numbered with the transgressors.
For He bore the sin of many,
and made intercession for the transgressors.
Isaiah 53
Peace and Hope
Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with GOD through our Lord JESUS Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of GOD. Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because GOD’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.
You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. But GOD demonstrates HIS own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Since we have now been justified by His blood, how much more shall we be saved from GODs wrath through Him! For if, while we were GOD’s enemies, we were reconciled to HIM through the death of HIS Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through His life! Not only is this so, but we also boast in GOD through our Lord JESUS Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation.
Death Through Adam, Life Through Christ
Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all people, because all sinned-
To be sure, sin was in the world before the law was given, but sin is not charged against anyone’s account where there is no law. Nevertheless, death reigned from the time of Adam to the time of Moses, even over those who did not sin by breaking a command, as did Adam, who is a pattern of the one to come.
But the gift is not like the trespass. For if the many died by the trespass of the one man, how much more did GOD’s grace and the gift that came by the grace of the one man, JESUS Christ, overflow to the many! Nor can the gift of GOD be compared with the result of one man’s sin: The judgment followed one sin and brought condemnation, but the gift followed many trespasses and brought justification. For if, by the trespass of the one man, death reigned through that one many, how much more will those who receive GOD’s abundant provision of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man, JESUS Christ!
Consequently, just as one trespass resulted in condemnation for all people, so also one righteous act resulted in justification and life for all people. For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous.
The law was brought in so that the trespass might increase. But where sin increased, grace increased all the more, so that, just as sin reigned in death, so also grace might reign through righteousness to bring eternal life through JESUS Christ our Lord.
Romans 5
He Himself bore our sins in His body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By His wounds you have been healed. For you were straying like sheep, but have now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of you souls.
1 Peter 2:24-25
The “✟” is placed at the bottom of the right hand corner of the “K.” JESUS is the Cornerstone of our faith and the Rock of our Salvation.
Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.
Isaiah 28:16
As you come to Him, the living Stone -rejected by humans but chosen by GOD and precious to HIM -you also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be a royal priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices acceptable to GOD through JESUS Christ. For in Scripture it says:
“See, I lay a stone in Zion,
a chosen and precious cornerstone,
and the one who trusts in Him
will never be put to shame.”
1 Peter 2:4-6
then know this, you and all the people of Israel: It is by the name of JESUS Christ of Nazareth, whom you have crucified but whom GOD raised from the dead, that this man stands before you healed. JESUS is
“‘the stone you builders rejected,
which has become the cornerstone.’
Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.”
Acts 4:10-12
Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with GOD’s people and also members of HIS household, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus Himself as the chief cornerstone. In Him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord. And in Him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which GOD lives by HIS Spirit.
Ephesians 2:19-22

The arrow points to reminding us that JESUS was crucified on the cross to save us.
JESUS is an arrow in GOD the FATHER’s quiver who fulfills HIS will and purpose to do.
HE has made My mouth like a sharp sword,
In the shadow of HIS hand HE has concealed Me;
And HE has also made Me a select arrow,
HE has hidden Me in HIS quiver.
Isaiah 49:2

The diamond is formed by high temperatures and intense pressure. By abiding in JESUS, we are refined by the fire and withstand life’s pressures so that our faith brings GOD praise, honor, and glory.
See, I have refined you, though not as silver;
I have tested you in the furnace of affliction.
Isaiah 48:10
Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love Him.
James 1:2-4; 12
In all this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials. These have come so that the proven genuineness of your faith-of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire-may result in praise, glory and honor when JESUS Christ is revealed.
Dear friends, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal that has come on you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you.
And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.
1 Peter 6-7; 1 Peter 4:12; 1 Peter 5:10
Like a diamond, we reflect the Light of JESUS and refract His Light of faith, hope, and love through the many facets of our background, personality, experiences, fruits of the Spirit, and gifts of the Spirit.

The circle itself stands for GOD’s perfect love in and for us. The green circle radiating represents our growth in Christ as we extend faith, hope, and love to those around us.
For GOD so loved the world that HE gave HIS one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. For GOD did not send HIS Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him.
John 3:16-17
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written:
“For your sake we face death all day long;
we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”
No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of GOD that is in Christ JESUS our Lord.
Romans 8:35-39
For this reason I kneel before the FATHER, from whom every family in Heaven and on earth derives its name. I pray that out of HIS glorious riches HE may strengthen you with power through HIS Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge -that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of GOD.
Now to HIM who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to HIS power that is at work within us, to HIM be glory in the church and in Christ JESUS throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.
Ephesians 3:14-20
Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.
1 John 3:18
Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from GOD. Everyone who loves has been born of GOD and knows GOD. Whoever does not love does not know GOD, because GOD is love. This is how GOD showed HIS love among us: HE sent HIS one and only Son into the world that we might live through Him. This is love: not that we loved GOD, but that HE loved us and sent HIS Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. Dear friends, since GOD so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen GOD; but if we love one another, GOD lives in us and HIS love is made complete in us.
This is how we know that we live in HIM and HE in us: HE has given us of HIS Spirit. And we have seen and testify that the FATHER has sent HIS Son to be the Savior of the world. If anyone acknowledges that JESUS is the Son of GOD, GOD lives in them and they in GOD. And so we know and rely on the love GOD has for us.
GOD is love. Whoever lives in love lives in GOD, and GOD in them. This is how love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgement: In this world we are like JESUS. There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.
We love because HE first loved us. Whoever claims to love GOD yet hates a brother or sister is a liar. For whoever does not love their brother and sister, whom they have seen, cannot love GOD, whom they have not seen. And HE has given us this command: Anyone who loves GOD must also love their brother and sister.
1 John 4:7-21
